Where is your warehouse?
Our warehouse is based in Brisbane, Australia.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is $10. All orders over $100 receive free standard shipping.
How long will it take for my order to get to me?
Standard shipping usually takes 5-10 business days. This may take longer during busy periods.
What shipping company do you use to ship your products?
We use Australia Post for all deliveries.
Do you delivery to outside of Australia?
Unfortunately we currently only ship to Australia.
How long will my candle burn for?
The candle burn time depends on the size of the candle purchased. Our candles range from a burn time between 30 mins to 15 hours. Burn times for each individual candle is displayed in the information section on the product's page.
Do I need to place my candle on a fire resistant services to burn?
Yes. All candles need to be placed on a fire resistant surface in order to burn. When the candle is burning the wax will melt down onto the surface, so to avoid damage to surfaces please ensure the surface used will catch any melt away wax.
My phone case design is faded on the sides, is this normal?
Yes, this is normal. Some colours/types of designs show a colour fade more than others which is caused by the printing process and completely normal with these type of cases.
Do you offer bespoke/larger orders at a discounted rate?

Can I use the same case for different iPhone models?
Yes! The dimensions for some iPhone models only differ by a few millimetres which allows the same case to fit multiple iPhone models perfectly!
Below you can see which cases are compatible with each other:
- 7, 8 and SE (2020)
- 7 Plus and 8 Plus
- X and XS
- 11 and XR (please note that the camera cutout is wide enough for the iPhone 11 camera, this makes for a larger camera hole when putting it on the iPhone XR
- 12 and 12 Pro
